Our good friend Nourishing Amy has created yet another incredible recipe using our Chocolate & Hazelnut spread!

Recipe: [serves 2]

  • Use a blender or food processor, add 1 drained tin chickpeas (240g) + 60g cashew or hazelnut butter + 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup + 1 tsp vanilla essence + 20g ground almonds or oat flour plus a pinch of salt. Blend until SMOOOTH & creamy.
  • stir in 50g chocolate chips.
  • pour into a jar or bowl laced with Mindful Bites dark chocolate hazelnut spread, plus pour some more over the top. Also top with chocolate chip cookie dough pieces
