Vegan Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Porridge | Mindful Bites
[serves 1]
  • Warm together 40g oats with 200-250ml oat milk until creamy.
  • Stir in 1 scoop dark chocolate protein powder and 1 large tbsp chocolate.
  • optional: add in 1 tsp maca + 1/2 tsp Reishi
  • Serve warm topped with more chocolate coconut yoghurt, some chopped hazelnuts, chocolate chips, dark chocolate hazelnut spread and hazelnut berry nut butter (both @mindfulbitesuk they’re the bomb) .
  • Top with chocolate hazelnut cookies
