This vegan Overnight Coconut Oats and berries bowl is absolutely delicious! Thick and creamy oats made with vegan coconut protein, coconut milk and almond milk yoghurt - soaked overnight with flax and chia seeds. Topped with our Hazelnut & Berries nut butter.

Ingredients:

Oats

Coconut vegan protein

Coconut milk

Almond milk yoghurt

Flax and chia seeds

Banana

Berries

Cacao Nibs

1 heaped table spoon of Hazelnut & Berries nut butter

Directions:

Pour desired amount of rolled oats into a mixing bowl and pour coconut milk until oats are moist/covered. Add a scoop of coconut vegan protein mix together. Lastly add 1-2 heaped tablespoons of almond milk yoghurt. Put aside in the fridge over night.

Top with with fresh banana, berries, flax and chia seeds and cacao nibs.

Drizzle your creamy Hazelnut & Berries nut butter all over and voila! Ready to eat :p
