Whoop whoop HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE EVE ;)
Well how quick is December going!! Sometimes with so many things going on, you just need something super quick and easy to devour.
So today the awesome The Urban Canteen is bringing you these Raspberry, chocolate & pistachio panettone sandwiches.
In the middle of mountains of wrapping paper, bows and sellotape, why not take a break and enjoy these simple little snacks.
Ingredients
• Raspberries
• Mindful bites mini chocolate panettone
• Yoghurt
• Mindful bites chocolate and hazelnut spread
• Handful of pistachios-chopped
Method
•Slice your panettone into 4 around the waist. This will make two mini sandwiches.
•Take the top layer of each and spread with chocolate and hazelnut spread, then sprinkle with pistachios. This needs to face up.
• Put a generous dollop of yoghurt on the bottom base, arrange some raspberries on the yoghurt.
•Place the chocolate/pistachio lid on top and serve.
