Whoop whoop HAPPY CHRISTMAS EVE EVE ;)

Well how quick is December going!! Sometimes with so many things going on, you just need something super quick and easy to devour.⁠

So today the awesome The Urban Canteen is bringing you these Raspberry, chocolate & pistachio panettone sandwiches.⁠

In the middle of mountains of wrapping paper, bows and sellotape, why not take a break and enjoy these simple little snacks.⁠

Ingredients⁠

• Raspberries⁠

• Mindful bites mini chocolate panettone⁠

• Yoghurt⁠

• Mindful bites chocolate and hazelnut spread ⁠

• Handful of pistachios-chopped⁠

Method⁠

•Slice your panettone into 4 around the waist. This will make two mini sandwiches. ⁠

•Take the top layer of each and spread with chocolate and hazelnut spread, then sprinkle with pistachios. This needs to face up. ⁠

• Put a generous dollop of yoghurt on the bottom base, arrange some raspberries on the yoghurt.⁠

•Place the chocolate/pistachio lid on top and serve.⁠
