 To create the milk at home, you will need:

  • 300ml coconut or nut milk
  • a handful raspberries
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • a large spoonful Mindful Bites Cashew Nut Butter


A blender is a good friend to have:

Simply blend all ingredients together for a few minutes until smooth and creamy, then serve. Be sure to save a few berries and chia seed to sprinkle on top for extra texture.
