To create the milk at home, you will need:
- 300ml coconut or nut milk
- a handful raspberries
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- a large spoonful Mindful Bites Cashew Nut Butter
A blender is a good friend to have:
Simply blend all ingredients together for a few minutes until smooth and creamy, then serve. Be sure to save a few berries and chia seed to sprinkle on top for extra texture.
