Today we have an unbelievably tasty vegan chocolate, orange and cranberry fudge 🤤.
The Urban Canteen has brought you some delicious fudge that will NEVER be left. This is so quick and easy to make, it is perfect, whether you eat plantbased or not!
•350g icing sugar
•75g cocoa powder
• 75m plant based milk
1 Tbsp Mindful bites dark chocolate & hazelnut spread
• 100g coconut oil
• zest of 1 orange
• handful of dried cranberries
• Melt your coconut oil in a large bowl. • Add the rest of the ingredients (except for the cranberries) and stir well until combined.
• Now gently fold through the cranberries. Pour into a mould and refrigerate for 2 hours until completely set. Cut into pieces and enjoy. This fudge will keep in the fridge for at least two weeks.
