Mindful Bites delicious Banana Nut Butter Pancakes

Today, we are sharing our delicious banana oat pancakes, topped with smooth and creamy Hazelnut and Berries Nut Butter for an indulgent and nourishing treat.

To create these at home, you will need:

-Half a cup of porridge oats

-3 bananas

-A splash of almond or oat milk

-tsp coconut oil

-Berries to serve


Get ready to create a beautiful, mindful breakfast, with next to no fuss:

Simply blend the porridge oats in a blender until a fine flour is formed. Meanwhile mash 3 bananas with a fork. Once mashed, add the bananas to your blender with a splash of almond milk (or any other nut milk) and blend until smooth. Spritz a small amount of coconut oil into a hot pan, and pour in the liquid to form pancake shapes. Leave on the heat until cooked on each side, flipping regularly. And for the topping: All you need is a big seductive glorious drizzle of @mindfulbitesuk Hazelnut & Berries Nut Butter and a handful of berries. Bon apetit’
