Mindful Bites Cashew Butter and Berry Vegan Milk

Whether you drizzle it over chopped fruit, dissolve into delicious nutty sauces, or stir in with your dessert, this Nut Butter will never disappoint. For something a little different, try our fruity, nutty vegan milk, using this simple recipe:

 

Nothing valuable can be lost, by taking time. Take time to savour every moment of this beautiful, indulgent, creamy drink.

 

To create the milk at home, you will need:

-300ml coconut or nut milk

-handful raspberries

-tsp chia seeds

-tsp flaxseeds

-a large spoonful Mindful Bites Cashew Nut Butter

 

A blender is a good friend to have:

Simply blend all ingredients together for a few minutes until smooth and creamy, then serve. Be sure to save a few berries and chia seed to sprinkle on top for extra texture.
