Also known as ‘biscotti’, which means ‘twice-cooked’ in Italian, these nutty slices of joy have the perfect crunch on the outside with an irresistibly tender centre, with delicate almonds scattered throughout. Our artisanal biscotti are hand-made in the heartland of Tuscany, following the original recipe invented in Prato during the Middle Ages. But we’ve made some mindful modifications to make them better for the planet as well as plant-based.
Ingredients
Wheat flour, Raw brown sugar, Soya drink (water, soya seeds, sugar, salt), Almonds (15.3%), Shea butter, Sunflower oil, Water, Emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, Raising agents: sodium diphosphates and sodium carbonates, Natural flavouring, Concentrated lemon juice, Natural vanilla flavouring.

May contain traces of milk, peanuts and tree nuts. The product is made in a factory that handles sesame, peanuts and eggs.
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep in an airtight container and consume within one week of opening.
